I have a problem with my car stereo in my car (dodge caliber) Every time I am driving and make a turn or hit a bump my stereo always turns off and takes awile to go back on

you have either a loose connection on the back of the stereo or a loose ground wire or an internal problem with the stereo. most probably a loose ground or connector on the back of the stereo that is moving when the body twists going over the bumps or around turns.

Take it to your Dodge dealer, should still be under warranty. Daimler Chrysler products usually have CD player issues.

when it comes back on does it reset its self or does it return to normal ,because some of those gave problems with the wiring on the back of the radio where they plug together at,if you still have the warranty on it id take it back and let the dealer repair it,they may wind up replacing the radio which would be a good idea because some of those did give problems especially the ones with cd players in them,good luck.
