uconnect not available on RB2 MyGig Radio

Hi

I recently bought a 2010 Chrysler Grand Voyager Limited. I am in South Africa. The vehicle came with the RB2 model MyGig radio/dvd/hdd.
It has a "voice" button and a "phone" button on the top left of the unit just above the "radio" button

Can anyone confirm if it has bluetooth hands free phone functionality as I get the message "uconnect not available" when I press the "phone" button....however as per the specs for the Limited it should have phone functionality standard.. Salesman says it doesn't but I somehow don't believe him..
