Dodge Grand Caravan thumping noise when turning right?

I have a 1990 Dodge caravan and it passed inspection with flying colors about 2 months ago. Just today I was driving it around the block, and there was a thumping vibration badly when I took a right turn on every corner. I checked underneathe it when i got back home, and all CV Joint's are tight, and rubber booting's are still good. I didn't feel anything loose, or anything. I even pulled the wheels off the front, and everything lokked and felt normal...?
