It feels like it wants to cuit off, then starts. Mostly it occurs in the morning. Then sometimes it goes for a long period without hesitation. What do you think it could be. Oh i have about 39000 miles. Please get back.

Thank you

I would have the fuel injectors cleaned.

when's the last time you had the car serviced? if you have had it recently serviced my advice is to go and back to the dealer/shop and ask them to check it for you stating your recent service.

if you haven't gotten it serviced in a while best bet is to take it in. this sounds like a fuel/air problem and it coudl be anything from worn spark plugs or a disconnected hose.

have a professional tech look at it. that's my advice.

I also suggust you have a dealer check it out. Also, sorry to day the the Chrysler Sebring, especially with the 2.7L engine, are not of the highest quality. Here is a quote from http://www.carcomplaints.com:

The Chrysler Sebring has the most problems by a long shot, with well over three times more complaints than any other Chrysler model. The most defect-prone years are from the early 2000s.
