What type of Jeep Cherokee Is good for a 16 year old girl?

I am looking into a jeep cherokee's they are my dream car so help, any info on them would be nice

1997-present for the Grand Cherokees try and stay away from the 200-2004 ones but they are amazing cars well built lots of room fits 5 of my friends comfortably and we are all very big men and i also tow my boat and jet skis with it also they look very sharp and they will last 225,000-300,000 miles depends how well you take care of it.

I would get a jeep cherokee xj from 1993-2000. They are very dependable vehicles. If they have the straight six in them. My friend's dad lasted till it got to the 400,000 mile mark. I got two of my own. The 93 cherokee I have got rearended by a honda CRv going 45 miles an hour when i was at a dead stop. I was able to drive away in it while the CRv was totaled. I would go with the four door sport if i were you. Cherokee's are great for on and offroad, and are very versitile. The only thing you need to worry about on the xj is the airconditioning. Its very rare to find one with working air. It usually costs about 50-200 to fix. Otherwise your looking at a studly vehicle. Good luck and i would stay away from the grand cherokees if I were you

i have a 2000 xj and their sweet but seriousley look into it more if you dont have the money for one dont buy it mines a 4.0 liter so it chugs gas. if your thinking about putting any bigger tires on it or a lift look forward to a HUGE gas bill seriousley but their great rigs

Cherokees are great and not hard to find for under $4000. I have one that my cousin loves to drive - she wants one as her first vehicle.

I'd get a 1997-2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport with the 4.0 I6 engine.

Grands suck. The 96 Classic is a pretty thing, I love the dash in it. I have a 97 Cherokee, no bells, no whistles. It's got crank windows and manual locks. I love it, but if you're looking for something a little cushier, try to find a Classic.
