How do I fix my Jeep Cherokee windows?

I have a 2000 Jeep Cherokee Sport and my back power windows won't roll down with the back switches. They work with the driver's switches which tells me the motors are still good but I need to know how to get the back window switches working... any answers?

You need a meter to check if the switches are getting
voltage.

if your switches are the same take one off and put it in the one that is not working and see if it works if it does them is the switch i have done it to my cars when the windows dont work
