Leave the T&C unlocked on a city street.

Isn't there a warning somewhere in the car that says, "Stereo will not operate if removed from vehicle"?

Right above the cup holders there is a little trim piece that is about a half of an inch tall right below the trim piece that goes around the radio, reach up underneath of it and pull out(towards the back of the van) on it, it should just snap out.

This piece covers two phillips head screws that hold the bottom of the trim piece that goes around the radio, take those two screws out and the rest of the trim piece is held in by clips. Start at the bottom and pull out on the trim piece and work your way up the sides.

The heater controls and everything will come out too. You can unplug them if you want but you don't have too. There are four more phillips head screws holding the radio to the dash. Take those out and pull on the radio and it will come out far enough to reach behind and unplug the connectors and antenna cable that plug in directly to the rear of the radio.
