its a rip off dealer deal. i bought a new one and they wanted 60 to program it after i paid 50 dollars to buy it. I told them to shove it so they did it for "free". It took 45 seconds to program.. what a racket!

check the battery first by swapping them out, and when you go to the dealership to get it programed make sure you take both remotes, they have to be programed together, doing 1 only will erase out the other

If you go to the owners manual you'll find the procedure, you need one remote on working conditions, put the key in the ignition and turn it on( do not start the engine), push the lock and unlock buttons at the same time then the unlock, you'll hear a chime indicating that the system is in program mode take the non programed fob and do the same, you'll hear the chime again, follow the same procedure for other fobs you want to program, I may be wrong I using my memory, the exact procedure is in the manual.. As an added note.. If you go to the dealer where techs work by the time they sped in a car and use a $4000 computer to program your fob. what somebody expect...that it is for free???
