Hi! You need to remove the passenger fron wheel and shroud. You'll have access to the tensioner then will be able to route the belt correctly. After its mounted, reinstall the shroud and tire. Maybe 1 hrs labor to replace.

The best way is to take it to a shop and let them do it, if you don't know how.
