Do they make manual window regulators for Jeep Liberty?
I am sick and tired of my power windows breaking and not working. It has been 4 times now with my Jeep Liberty! I had to take it to the dealer and thank goodness it was still under warranty! So I'm wondering if they make manual window regulators for Jeep Liberty so I can get rid of these crappy power ones?

I'm sure they do make manuel regulators but you have to realize that besides the regulator you would have to put a hole where the hand crank would have to be. You would need a hand crank and then you would have to find some way to fill in the hole that the electric switch would leave if you take it out.
I don't think it would be worth it or advisable since it must be fairly new to still be under warranty. |

It would be nice to know what year your Jeep is.
They do make manual regulators for the Liberty. New oem they are around $130.00 each and you will also need to purchase the crank handle as well. You will still have the power window button unless you want to buy a new switch plate also. I would check out http://car-part.com/ to find lkq regulators if possible. Check out http://AutoBodyAlliance.com if you need a body shop to do the work for you. Content provided by Yahoo Answers. |
