91 dodge dakota with a carburetor v8. it made a knocking noise in the right side of the motor after getting off the expressway for maybe, not even 10 miles. it quit on me and i cant find whats wrong with it. any ideas?

could be main bearings ,piston connecting rod,piston,bad news sounds like
