We're interested in buying a Compass. No, I realize it's not the true trail-rated Jeep that I'm going to go off roading in, but does it handle well in bad weather? Will I ever need to 'lock' the 4x4 with that switch on the console, what is that used for, and what is my top speed with that? What's your overall take on the Compass? I like the fact that it's going to be more modern than 75% of SUVs in about 5 years, when gas prices are through the roof.
