Is the Jeep Compass a good quality vehicle? (Engine, Interior, Exterior)?

I am looking into buying a small suv, that will last me at 10 years or little more than that. Also a good MPG suv, that is about 5 years old. I was considering Jeep Compass, since it is small and good with MPG. But I am unsure if this is the best choice to buy. Especially, since Jeep is american made.

Also, I know like any vehicle after 10 years old, will require maintnence. But I am looking for quality - like Honda or toyota that is prince range at 10,000 and five years old.

It is awesome man, trust me you cant go wrong with it! I have the Jeep Compass Rallye edition and love it. I average 27mpg after I installed a cold air intake. There has been a little trouble with american made quality in the pass, but jeep is a very rugged brand and doesn't have more or less problems than say a Toyota. Mine hast broke or anything and ive had it for three years now......good luck with your decision!
