New Dodge Journey?
My wife and I were thinking of buying one of the new Dodge Journeys, how does it compare to a conventional minvan/suv.
Anyone driving one?

Here's a review of it.

It is a Dodge...that's the only thing that scares me.

What scares me is it's ugly and slow. Buy a Charger? Those things have huge back seats and they look baller cool.

We bought the R/T model at full sticker after waiting 3 months and have never been happier with a purchase we traded a Jeep Commander in and the 22mpg that I am actually getting will just about pay for any haggling I may have done. It has more storage than a battleship and is generally fun to drive.

It has some pretty cool features, but I personally never buy a new model the first year it is out because there are always issues.
Plus, it is a Dodge. There are too many other good options in the class to buy this one now.

It is a good car. Dodge (Daimler is general) is trying to change the slump they have been in since 2004. The Dodge Journey is a good car. It is very versatile and looks really nice. There is only one problem, it's a Dodge. My idea is to let the 2009 sell and see how reliability is for the first year, if it is good, buy one, if it isn't, look at something else, precisely the GMC Acadia.
