I have a 95 dodge avenger and the low coolant light stays on in the dash. Coolant level is fine.?

I think that it is the low coolant light. That's what a friend told me. Anyway, it is very annoying to drive at night with the light on. The coolant level is fine, and there is plenty in the reservoir. I heard that it might be a bad sensor in the radiator, not sure.

thats just a bad sensor on that one i get those all the time that do that,when the sensor goes out it dont matter how much coolant is in it,they just keep the light on all the time,replace the sensor and that will repair it,good luck.

Just unplug the sensor on the radiator and keep an eye on the coolant. There was a time when cars didn't have low coolant lights.

replace the tempeture coolant sensor i know this i have a 98 avenger same thing happened to me
