*I have an '09 Dodge Journey that has had an electrical malfunction since day one. There have been 3 repair attempts by the dealer and no resolution.

if i were you i am going to change my dealer. if one time or second time from that dealer doesn't work, better to stop. it was just reaping you off. actually if you can prove that the dealer doesn't do anything to fix your car, you can file a case. but somehow don't loose trust to all the auto repair shops in florida or in miami auto repair shops or in any city of florida.
